WSPOS in conjunction with the Pediatric Keratoplasty Association (Drs. Ken Nischal & Gerald Zaidman respectively) conducted a Focus Group Meeting during the WCPOS V, 2024 to initiate the establishment of the International Congenital Corneal Opacification Network (ICCON). We had 50 people participate in the focus group session, both in-person & virtually.

Moreover, the World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (WSPOS) and the Pediatric Keratoplasty Association (PKA), will introduce the International Congenital Corneal Opacification Network (ICCON) during the IX World Cornea Congress in Washington, DC. Replace all this crossed out text with ‘Should you like to participate in this meeting, please see the details outlined below.’
