Terms and Conditions
All fees listed above are in Euros & a 25% VAT is applicable on all payments.

– Please note that all related bank charges and / or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the conference.

– Official receipt will be provided only upon request.

Confirmation
– Registration will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.

– Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the congress day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by email).

Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
Online payment accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and UnionPay.
All online transactions are processed by PayPal, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support
of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.

Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the WCPOS 2024. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to management@wspos.org, with a CC to admin@wspos.org.

For written requests received on or before the 12th of July 2025, your registration fees will be fully refunded, after deducting any relevant bank transfer charges.

For written requests received between the 1st of July 2025 and the 12th of August 2025, your registration fees will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of Euro 50 per delegate.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after the 12th of August 2025, or non-attendance at the Congress.

ALL refunds will be processed after the Congress only.

The Organisers reserve the right to make changes wherever deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. We ask you to kindly authorise us, to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the Congress.
